There are no roaming charges and international calling is supported.  Virgin Mobile prepaid wireless also supports 411 calls, and phones they support include popular Kyocera and Audiovox models that are inexpensive and easy to use.

Users can top up their accounts a variety of ways - our favorite was via PayPal - with fixed amounts to add minutes to your account in increments of $20, $25, $30, and more.  You can also register a credit or debit card for ongoing refills to your prepaid wireless phone account.

 

Virgin's Pay as You Go plans feature price points such as $20 for 200 minutes, $30 for 400 minutes, and $50 for 1000 minutes (including the ability to roll forward minutes).
